Sipping Gold is being set up under Aurum Group Holdings, a company in formation in Singapore. Until it is registered, the person responsible for your data is Heather de Cardenal. You can reach us at heather@sippinggold.com. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

You sign in with a link we send to your email, or with Google. We receive your email address and, with Google, your name and picture.

Your conversations with Céleste, including images you choose to share, are stored in our database and processed by Anthropic's Claude model to write Céleste's replies. When she needs to, Céleste can search the web or read a link you share; your words are not published. When you speak to her hands-free, your recording is sent to ElevenLabs to be turned into text and is not kept. When her voice is on, her replies are read aloud by ElevenLabs.

Céleste keeps a memory only when she has asked your permission, and you can view them at any time in "What I remember".

If you share your birth date, time and place, we send them to a chart service to calculate your Human Design and keep the result on your profile. Charts of other people are kept only when you ask, and you can remove them from your profile.

What you choose to show on your member profile, and what you post, comment or react, is visible to other signed-in members.

You see your result without giving an email. If you ask us to send it, we keep your email address, your result and your answers to send it. We add you to our letters only if you tick that box.

We send sign-in and account emails, and your quiz result when you ask for it.

On sippinggold.com and here, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics: which pages are read, where visitors come from and their country. It uses no cookies and does not identify you. On the quiz, we also count, anonymously, how many people start it, finish it and which glass they get, with the site they came from; nothing that identifies you is kept.

Our database is hosted by Supabase in Paris and the site by Cloudflare. Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Resend (our emails) and the Human Design chart service process data only to run the service.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to the CNIL or your own data protection authority. Write to heather@sippinggold.com and we will help.
